The owners of this condo are members of the private Golf Club and Beach Club of Amelia Island. Not all property owners are members of this exclusive resort association. Guests of this unit will enjoy access to these resort amenities. Amenities include the private and gated Beach Club of Amelia Island oceanfront pool, Beach Club bar and grille (in season), two newly surfaced lighted tennis/pickleball courts, cardio room and access to the golf course at the Ritz Carlton winding along the magnificent Atlantic shoreline. This Sailmaker condominium is within walking distance of the Ritz Carlton's activities and events.

Beautiful renovated oceanfront condominium. Fully equipped kitchen includes granite countertops, stainless appliances and Keurig coffee maker. Wood grain porcelain tile floors, new furniture and new lighting throughout. Newly remodeled bathroom upstairs in the master suites and a cool/modern half bath downstairs.

The condo is two stories. The kitchen, dining, balcony and main living area are downstairs; the two master bedroom suites are upstairs.

The condo has two queen master suites, each with a private bath. There is a rollaway bed to accommodate an extra person. Sleeps five people.

This family friendly home has a high chair, pack & play and a baby gate. It also comes with beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, board games, DVD and a CD player. The unit has three flat screen cable televisions and free Wi-Fi / internet access. A beautiful grassy lawn is just steps away to throw a frisbee or play catch.

The Summer Beach condo is located in Ameila Island's most exclusive resort area. This newly renovated condominium is maintained with TLC by its island owners.

The oceanfront balcony provides views of sensational sunrises and marvelous moonrises. Enjoy oceanfront and sand dune views from the balcony, living and dining rooms, kitchen and one master suite. You are just steps away from putting your toes in the sand as you cross over the dunes and enter the beach. Sit back and relax with your favorite beverage as you enjoy the nature and beauty of this island getaway. Chances are you will spot a gopher tortoise in the sand dunes or a dolphin in the surf!

Amenities: Oceanfront balcony with seating, three flat screen cable tv's, free Wi-Fi and internet access, DVD and CD players. Two queen master suites with private baths, a 1/2 bath downstairs, roll-away bed and comfy couch for additional sleeping. Bath towels and linens provided, washer/dryer in the unit, hair dryers, iron and ironing board. Fully equipped kitchen with Keurig coffee maker, regular coffee maker, ice-maker, blender, microwave and dishwasher. High chair, pack & play, baby gate, board games, beach chairs, boogie boards and sand toys. We leave enough supplies (i.e. toilet paper , paper towels, dishwasher detg, laundry supplies etc.) to get you started. Golf Club of Amelia Island perks include the Beach Club private and gated oceanfront pool, and bar & grill, lighted tennis courts and access to the Ritz Carlton golf course. Sailmaker also has an additional community pool.

Driving directions: You will either arrive from the south end of the island via Julia Street, or you will arrive from the west end of the island via the Amelia Island Parkway. The Amelia Island Parkway route will take you to the Ritz Carlton / Golf Club of Amelia Island entrance. If you enter from the Amelia Island Parkway / Ritz Carlton, then after approximately 1/2 mile you will take a left into Summer Beach Village. If you enter from Julia Street, then you will take a right into Summer Beach Village. Once in Summer Beach Village, enter to the gated community on the right. Take the second Sailmaker entrance to the left and drive all the way to the back of the parking lot to the condo.
