"Hotel antigo, com obras a decorrer estando a ser construído um novo hotel adjacente. Não obstante não se sentiu qualquer constrangimento com ruídos de obras. Zona de piscina muito agradável. SPA simpático com serviço muito bom, com destaque para Srª. Abhiram que me fez uma maravilhosa massagem. Apesar de já se fazer sentir a idade do hotel o quarto em que fiquei era bastante agradável, com cerâmico no chão o que me agradou (em vez de alcatifa ...). "The hotel was nice for a reasonable price (taking currency exchange into account). The staff was absolutely friendly. Mukesh was a special employee who made sure that we were having a pleasant stay. Pool is great and so was the food (served both Indian and international). The room is comfortable. Highly recommended. "

"The stay was nice but, what's nicer was the staff. All the staff on front desk was very helpful. My friend's nose pin got accidently stuck in wash basin and they guys called the plumber and made sure that she gets that back. How rarely you find such nice people. "I enjoyed my stay at Hotel Clark’s. The hotel has an old world charm. The staff is very efficient and pleasant. My room was spacious but I did not care for the two single beds - I felt as if II was going to fall off the bed! That was not what I had booked. The hotel has an excellent breakfast buffet and on several days breakfast was served in two different restaurants. There was live Indian classical music in one of the Restaurants. The area around the Hotel is good with a mall next door. "

"This hotel is a trick! They said the room had a lagoon view and there is NO lagoon in Varanasi. Also, the reservation mentioned a room with 240m2 and the real room was extremely tiny! Internet has passcode for each device, they change it daily and signal was very poor. Staff bothers you all the time even with “don’t disturb” outside the door! Location is far & breakfast was just regular. Don’t be fooled by the pictures"
