From the property and in particular from the swimming pool , you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea and the islands of Ponza , Ventotene and Ischia . The whole villa consists of 2 flats, each of which enjoys its own total privacy with its own entrance, garden and private outdoor spaces. The flat Saha bassa has an independent entrance and has two air-conditioned bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower, one of which in a bedroom, a living room with double sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen area with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, coffee machine, satellite TV, Wi-Fi and fireplace. Outside there is a large covered patio equipped with table and chairs, barbecue area, relaxation area with sofas, to enjoy the cool summer evenings.
