"Great for the price and location!"

"I just stopped for the night while traveling. Everything was nice and the staff was efficient and friendly but my room smelled of dampness similar to wet dog I did not complain as I was tired and needed the sleep. Perhaps it was because I was on the ground floor. Otherwise my stay was nice and the bed was very comfortable"

"No hot food at breakfast, small selection of non hot food. I asked for our room to be made up, twice and it never was. Ice machine broken, no towels in pool area."

"Great place to spend the night. Staff were friendly and the hotel was well appointed and clean. I was travelling with my two dogs and did get charged an extra fee for that that wasn’t mentioned when I booked (I was kind of expecting it, I mention it so people are aware)."

"The staff were very rude at check in . Not accommodating at all. And for a 4 star hotel I was not impressed. The shower head in the shower was loose , the plug for the tub broken and they put some kind of a sticky mat in the tub which was placed on top of dirty sticky mat instead of taking out the old ones ."

"Nothing was as shown or described. There was no TV to watch . There was a small flat screen TV that sat on a small coffee table, unplugged, with no where to plug it in. There was only one outlet in the entire room, which had an old tiny mini refrigerator plugged in and so that I could plug in my phone charger. The room was not even the room advertised. It was a tiny room, not swept or vacuumed, no top sheet on the bed, broken window taped up, along with the broken blinds. There was absolutely no...

"I hadn't been to Binghamton in some time, and I don't recall its being quite as "seedy" as it now seems to be. Near the hotel is a spot on the river where the homeless camp overnight. 2 people warned us to "watch out" as we were walking behind the hote. The hotel was fine and the room spacious and clean...but there were rowdy folks near us, who banged, played music, and talked really loud until midnight. "A dirty towel was left in my bathroom. I woke up in the middle of the night to get water and I found ants all over the desk and my bags."
