- Our unit is located on the 3rd floor with no elevator.
- There is no AC but portable fans are available upon request.
- Our home is located in a street full of bars&restaurants, there might be music and loud noises time to time.
- Luggage keeping service is not provided
- No water tank or generator; temporary impact possible during outages
- The sofa cannot be converted into a bed

Penalties for Violations
- Smoking is strictly FORBIDDEN inside our home. If detected, it incurs a penalty charge of 100USD
- Lost keys incur a surcharge of 35USD
-A surcharge of $40 USD will apply for locksmith services if keys are lost or forgotten in the unit or behind the lock

Optional Offerings
- A baby crib and high chair are provided for a service fee of 30USD
- A single person foldable mattress is provided for a service fee of 30USD
- Airport transfers are available at an additional cost
