The room was decent but definitely not 5 stars. The shower did not have good water pressure, and it was hard to control the temperature. There was no soap in the shower, which was really strange. Noise was not great; doors slamming noise from the street was loud. Food, fairly typical, very nice morning breakfast buffet. Room service is not great. I ran out of toilet paper and could not use the bidet; it was not set up right in both bathrooms, very sad. The refrigerator in the room would not get cold. My room key stopped working as well several times during my stay. The in-room amenities were very poor; I would rate this overall hotel 3 stars. The staff seemed eager to help at times, but other times just really failed on follow-up. When I requested things, they just ignored me most of the time. I tried over and over with the staff to set up a Hammam during my stay, but they failed, so I had to call an outside service. There is a lot of room to improve. I was even overcharged just to get back to the airport. The cab driver said you agreed to a set fee by the hotel that is higher than what I normally charge. Be careful, do lots of research before staying here.
