Vacation Home: La Maison Blanche Issenheim



In the heart of Alsace (Haut-Rhin) and at the foot of the Grand Ballon (Vosges), Issenheim is a charming village located between Colmar and Mulhouse, ideally situated between the Wine Route, the Crest Route, and the Romanesque Route.

It is the perfect starting point for beautiful walks in the nearby vineyards or along the marked trails of the Guebwiller region.

La Maison Blanche is located in Issenheim. This beautiful 140m² home will welcome you with family or friends. Enjoy this wonderful space, a peaceful haven with a large private green area behind the house.

The house is located in a village 20 km from Mulhouse. Issenheim is a small village with a supermarket in the town center, a bakery, an ATM, and a selection of shops.



The house is composed of the following:



A living room with a sofa corner, television, and a selection of books for reading in the library, as well as a dining area.

The dining kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee machine (Senseo), toaster, pans, pots, dishes, and cooking utensils.

For your winter evenings, a raclette machine is available.

A bathroom with an Italian shower and toilet, located on the ground floor.



On the first floor: A bedroom with a double bed.

A bedroom with a double bed.

A bedroom with a double bed, connected to a children's room with a single bed and a crib.

A balcony is accessible to relax or enjoy a coffee.

A bathroom with a bathtub and a washing machine.

A separate toilet.



The entire house will be yours. Always with the intention to make your stay as enjoyable as possible:

Cleaning will be done.

The bed will be made with clean sheets.

Clean towels, a bath mat, and a dish towel will be provided.

Free Wi-Fi connection.



The property includes 3 free parking spaces in the driveway next to the house.



House Rules: This property is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs, or any other smoking device is prohibited.

Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a €250 cleaning fee penalty.



Pets are strictly prohibited.



Bed linen and towels, as well as the standard final cleaning at the end of your stay, are included in the price. This includes changing the bed linen and a general cleaning of the house and bathrooms.



However, it is your responsibility to clean and put away the dishes, take out the trash, empty the refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and tidy up the interior of the house. If you do not wish to take care of this, you can order an additional "full cleaning" option for €30 before your arrival. If this option is not reserved in advance and the instructions are not followed, an additional cleaning fee of €60 will be charged.



After booking, you will be required to sign a digital contract and provide your ID via the Yaago platform, as well as the information for the police form, in accordance with current regulations. If the identity of the people present during the stay does not match the reservation, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the property.
