"Beach view and access is amazing and can’t be beat. Room was clean and parking is as described. Each space is labeled with the number of the cottage you are staying in so you know which space is yours. The loft bed is really sized for a child. Don’t plan on an adult sleeping there. "The location was awesome..a short walk to beach, shops, & restaurants. We had a parking spot in driveway which was a plus. The host Gary was a great guy and the accommodations were clean and comfortable. My husband Bill, dog (Ben), and I had a fun 4 night stay in Hampton Beach."

"Very disappointed with conditions of the cottage. Very much in need of repairs and painting and thorough cleaning. I probably will not use Vrbo again "
