Ocean View condo in Wild Dunes

Beautiful end unit condo on second floor corner with great views of the pool & ocean. Condo features a bonus twin daybed in the foyer as well as a sleeper sofa. Updated kitchen with granite counter tops. Bathroom remodeled as well with large shower (no bathtub) and updated fixtures. Washer & dryer off kitchen , access to screened porch from both living room and bedroom, Wi-Fi. Elevator and community pool. Linens. No Smoking. No Pets.

**Motor homes, trailers, boats, golf carts, and motorcycles are not allowed within the gates of Wild Dunes**

Property equipped with ROKU tv's and uses YouTube TV for cable with tons of live and on demand content. Feel free to sign in to other apps to stream your own content as well.

Rentals are stocked with small ‘starter packs’ that include: toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, soap, dish washing soap, and dishwasher detergent.

**ATTENTION GUESTS: During high tide there is minimal beach available for beach walking or lounging. Some neighboring complexes may have sand bags out to protect their dunes from erosion. Please do not attempt to walk on the dunes or sand bags.**

View of the couryard, pool ,& the ocean was great. Thr Condo could use some updates, new toilet , it was very old & dingy look. Would be good to update to a Keurig coffee maker. The bed was comfortably & so wad the 2 rexliners.

IOP Retreat

The property was a good place to stay for a quiet getaway. Checkin was at the Reality company, which involved an additional stop. Despite the stop checkin was seamless. Beach access was easy and condo had enough room for a couple and small child. View was enjoyed in the morning, and easy access to pool area. The condo was clean, with basic amenities. Definitely bring your own if there for a week. To include cleaning products. Some items needed updating throughout. The master bedding was one of them. An extra throw blanket would have been nice for the cooler weather. The living room could use a larger television vs the computer sized screen offered. Tried to watch the Final4 and could only see part of screen for the game. Overall a good stay.

Relaxing Getaway!

We loved that this property was close enough that we could see the beach from the windows! It was very easy to walk down to the beach to see the sunrise. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a fabulous experience - booking, checking in/out, access to beach/golf were very convenient. We will definitely stay here again.

Great beach access

If you’re coming for tennis or pickle ball, despite being on Wild Dunes property, you do not have access. We ended up joining a clinic to get on the courts. Overall a very nice time. Short drive to restaurants, Charleston, and Sullivans Island

Nice getaway

The condo was as advertised, clean but pretty basic. The location, view and ease of getting to beach or pool are the biggest draw. I would suggest for safety that the entry code be changed more frequently. We were given same code as prior guest.

Relaxing Week @ the Beach

Condo had a cozy beach cottage feel with great ocean views. The complex had well kept grounds & pool. Would definitely stay here again. Perfect for 1 or 2 people.

Some of the furniture smelled. Looks like they need to clean under the tables especially the tv table. Bathroom was beautiful though. Just a little tired looking. Rugs had stains. Sliding glass doors need a good cleaning.

Wow… comforts of home at the beach

Excellent accommodations and only steps from a secluded beach. The Wild Dune Resort area offers a very relaxed area with golf and tennis courts. Walking paths and very clean beach. The Port O Call has a pool and workout center. The condo has enough space for 4 with a great view of the beach. Very relaxing atmosphere. Would certainly recommend and intend to book a future stay.

Great spot, great condo!

We’ve stayed at the Port O’Call complex before and knew what to expect in terms of pool, access to beach and layout of condo. This unit was clean and the perfect fit for the 4 adults in our family.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall it is a very nice and decorated condo. The bed was super comfortable. Our only complaints would be internet would not work even after getting help from tech. Also blinds were broken and would not stay up. Loved the location and having the linens and towels included.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was my fifth year staying at Wild Dunes and sadly my last. The exterior of the building was very run down and needed painting. Inside the den furniture was old and the sofa was stained. The bathroom is in dire need of an update. The sliding glass door that opened onto the screened door had a broken lock. We were able to keep it closed by wedging a chair against it. The kitchen was clean and well appointed. We had a beautiful view of the pool and ocean, the condo needs upgrading, did not feel “beachy” very depressing with the dark, outdated furniture. Lots of construction going on in Wild Dunes, not the quiet reserve it once was.

Reviewer Comments: We rented this condo last year and were very pleased with the location, view and condo. This year we were disappointed in the cleanliness and maintenance. Bath towel hanging on rack had black mascara streaks and lipstick smears in multiple places. Foyer and living room rugs were extremely dirty. Panels on sliding glass doors were taped back into place causing several panels to fall off in the middle of the night! We would consider renting again if these issues were resolved.
