"Our family typically rents a house on IOP for a week but this year only two of us were going. We searched for a while and found this space. It was perfect for two people. Great location, comfortable bed, good AC, and quiet. Was worried we’d have loud neighbors but that wasn’t the case at all. The only thing I would caution folks on, is that we had large suitcases that wouldn’t fit in the small closets so we had to sit them on the bunk beds that we weren’t utilizing. Great place overall though...

"Beautiful location , easy beach/pier access, check-in/out process flawless. Kitchen was well equipped but all we used was the Keurig, refrigerator and dishwasher.....walking distance to many fantastic restaurants! "

"the only reason I gave it a 4 on a couple places was the floors were not as clean as expected but I notified the owner as this is hired out. Pictures made it look a little bigger then actually was but its nice. Couch has seen better days and so has the bed. I would probably get rid of big furniture and replace with smaller to help make it more roomy but overall it's great and the location is great and property owner easy to work with."
