  • Oceanfront, Fabulous elevated home with outstanding ocean views in private community with communal pool and tennis/pickelball courts. Beautiful heart pine flooring, large outdoor sundeck (up and down). Outside shower, CD Player, Flat screen TVs, Cable, DVD, VCR, WiFi, grill. Linens included. No Smoking. No Pets. The square footage of this house is 2,193.

    Rentals are stocked with small ‘starter packs’ that include: toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, soap, dishwashing soap, and dishwasher detergent.

    *This is a Saturday-Saturday rental from 5/31/25 to 8/15/25, and requires a week minimum stay at all times*, unless booked within 2 weeks of arrival**

    POOL is open 1st Sunday in April through last Sunday in Oct., 8:00 a.m. to sundown.

    ***Per HOA rules no boat parking is permitted in this neighborhood***

    **This home is equipped with a home security camera on the front of the house for security purposes only. It only over looks public areas in front of the home.**

    ****As of April 1st 2025 we have just been made aware that construction is currently underway at the neighboring property. Work is generally conducted during standard daytime hours. While this is outside of our control, we want to be transparent that intermittent noise may occur. We currently do not have a timeline on when this work is scheduled for completion.****

The beach in January

Loads of fun.The house was great as usual. Everything went smooth. Not a problem with the property.

Very Disappointed

Super location, on the ocean, great view and deck, grocery/specialty food stores/restaurants all in walking distance. Vacation company was responsive to most issues and helpful finding rental for 2025.

Great Property!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We truly enjoyed our stay in this home and found the location to be perfect for our needs. The cul-de-sac make it great for our children to ride their bikes and my daughter learned to ride without training wheels directly on the beach. What a great memory! We had a problem with the dishwasher but Island Realty took care of it immediately. We look forward to coming back next year and would absolutely refer this property to friends.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the sixth time we have stayed in this house. We absolutely love the location and the house. Very convenient to everything. The kitchen was remodeled a couple of years ago. That was a nice surprise. Now some other things could use attention. The back door knob barely works and the gate off of the deck need some repairs.All in all it is a great property and Island Realty does a good job with the reservations. We will probably stay there again next year.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have rented this house before. The location and outlay of the house snd property is beautiful. This year however, the house was not very clean. There were toothpaste marks on the counter in the bathroom. The kids (30 years old) mentioned that their bathrooms were not very clean. Lots of knives but could not find a sharp knife in the bunch.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a good week that we hoped would be a great week! The house was fine but needed a lot of work. Easy to see it's been neglected! The door to the deck needs replacing and the kids could not open it at all as it bound on the floor. Every time a kid wanted in or out, an adult had to help them. Rain also pushed in on the floor in that entire corner. Lots of light switches and in some cases fans didn't work as expected. Some light switches we never figured out what they worked. Furniture & furnishings all look like they came from garage sales or flea markets after years of use. In OK shape that's all. All in all this location at these prices one SHOULD expect more. Especially compared to other places we've stayed at on IOP.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this house two years ago and we were happy. Between then and now this home needs updates. Most all the items in the kitchen had to be rewashed. Food on-dishes and cups. Our back doorknob was broken when we walked in. The full house needs painting, carpets are dirty, apostrophe dirty, broken chair on the deck. These are expensive homes for one week rentals and should be clean and safe. We never felt air coming from duct work in bedrooms. We called maintenance twice and they did respond quickly. But work could not be replaced, just doorknob screwed back on.. we reposted the electrical work last time but no updates were completed. We love the location but the owners need to update this property. Parts are a liability.

There was white dog hair on the floor, silverware had food stuck on it and couch was stained and dirty so no one used it. Another family member rented a house two doors down that had been recently renovated and was much cleaner for about the same price. Overall the house had plenty of space for a large family.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the location, views, beach access, fully equipped kitchen, and general layout of the house. It was also nicely cleaned before our arrival. However, there was a very strong mildew and mold smell in the house and visible mold growing on the bathroom ceiling, around several AC vents, along the top of the windowsill in the living room, the upstairs forward facing bedroom has a squishy wall under the windows, etc. The kitchen had an extremely strong mildew smell and visible old water damage near the dishwasher. I took some pictures that I will send to Island Realty so they can hopefully address it for future guests. Other than being concerned about the safety of breathing in the air, it was a wonderful vacation.
