    * Outdoor BBQ grill and multiple dining areas (in the kitchen, in the breakfast nook, in the dining room and near the pool patio) make it easy for dining in.

    * Parking in the driveway and two car garage for up to 4 vehicles.



    * Don't wait in an office to check-in or get a key! Drive straight to Twenty-One Palms and enter the front door with a secure electronic lock code. Prior to your visit, we will send you our mobile app with directions and full instructions.

    Pool is serviced weekly by a pool service company. It is NOT serviced on every arrival day. Storms and prior guests may mean it is not in pristine condition.

    Guests initially enter Twenty-One Palms by entering the back door near the driveway and walking up a half staircase of stairs to the main level of the home. On the main level of the home, you will find the open floor plan kitchen, breakfast nook, dining room and living room with access to the sunroom and back deck. The back deck connects to the backyard and pool area. The home's first master suite is located a half flight of stairs up from the kitchen area and the second master suite is located at the end of the hallway off of the living room. The queen bedroom, twin bedroom and hallway bathroom area also located off of this hallway.

    NO PETS. NO SMOKING. Tenant must be 25 years old. NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS OR BANDS ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. You may not exceed the maximum occupancy at any time — day or night. These are causes for eviction with no refund, and may damage our ability to offer the home for future guests exposing you to liability. This is a residential home -- please be respectful of our neighbors.

    Isle of Palms will be conducting minor beach replenishment in 2026. This is due to recent storm erosion. We apologize for the inconvenience. This may impact beach access. There will be construction traffic and noise in the immediate area of any work site.

    Please keep A/C temperature above 70F for optimal comfort. It is recommended to set it at 72F. Remember to keep doors and windows closed to maintain a cool home and keep bugs out. Fridges may take 24 hrs to cool when loaded after cleaning.

Our family of five had an absolute wonderful spring break getaway in Isle of Palms, due in large part to our accommodations. The house is the most comfortable vacay we’ve ever had. We really enjoyed the outdoor spaces and felt like we had everything we needed.

We had an amazing stay at this adorable Isle of Palms home! It was decorated so cute, had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable long weekend, and offered plenty of space for our group of 8. The surrounding neighborhood was charming and peaceful, and the beach chairs and towels were such a thoughtful added bonus. We’d absolutely stay here again!

The location was just as wonderful. We were within walking distance of the beach, and the walk itself felt like something out of a storybook—streets lined with oak trees draped in Spanish moss that eventually opened up to the shoreline. Town was only a quick two minute drive away, with plenty of shops and excellent restaurants. Coda and High Thyme were two of our favorites. Overall, I’d rate this house and trip a solid 10/10. Everyone has been asking when we can go back since the moment we left.

Beautiful home in a premier neighborhood that was the perfect size for our family.

This was our first time visiting Isle of Palms, and what an excellent choice it turned out to be! We stayed at 110 Sparrow Dr., a beautiful home in a premier neighborhood that was the perfect size for our family. The house had all new appliances, spotless bathrooms, and extra comfortable beds, something my wife especially loved. The gas-fed grill was a huge plus since we love to bbq and didn’t have to worry about propane running low. The inground heated pool, complete with a water feature and built-in lounge chairs, quickly became a family favorite. The very private, large fenced-in backyard filled with palm trees made it feel like our own little paradise. We also enjoyed evenings around the fire pit with drinks and great conversation.

We stayed here for a group trip and overall had a great time together. The house is spacious and has a great layout for a big group. The backyard and grill were definite highlights and made for a perfect space to hang out and enjoy the weather. However, there were a few issues that impacted our experience. The primary bedroom on the second floor had a strong mold and mildew smell that carried throughout the house (specifically right when you entered the home). We discovered mold in the shower doorway and on the ceiling of the primary bedroom. While management did respond quickly and attempted to clean it with bleach, the issue wasn’t fully resolved, especially the mold on the ceiling which remained throughout our stay.The pool was also supposed to be cleaned Wednesday but when we arrived Thursday, it was dirty and most definitely not cleaned. I contacted the management team and was told someone would check it out, though we didn’t notice any change and aren’t sure if it was ever addressed. We still used the pool, but it wasn’t ideal.Lastly, we did find a bug in one of the beds on our first night under the covers which was pretty unpleasant, although we had been warned that bugs are common in Charleston so there's not much I can say here since it seems normalizedAll in all the space and amenities were great for a girls weekend, but the cleanliness and maintenance issues, especially with the mold/mildew, are definitely something future guests should be aware of.

Great place for families!

110 Sparrow was perfect for our family of six—plenty of space, comfortable, and easy to relax in….island living. The location is awesome, the pool was a favorite, and the nearby beaches are absolutely beautiful. We’d definitely stay here again.

Our stay at Twenty One Palms was fantastic in every way. The house was stunning, as was the beautiful pool area. The house is so spacious and well-appointed and it is nestled in a quiet neighborhood. Perfect place to relax and unwind. Thank you for a great stay!
