**Please Note: Fairway Dunes Storm Water Drain Project**
Starting September 3rd, they will be replacing the storm drains in the Fairway Dunes neighborhood next to Pelican Bay. During this time, there will be active construction in the area which could mean construction vehicles and crews, noise from construction and generators, as well as limited parking. If you have any questions about the extent of the construction, or if there's anything else we can do, please let us know!

Located in Wild Dunes, 72 Pelican Bay offers your family and friends three wonderful bedrooms. It is ideally set up for couples with a king bedroom (lower level) and two queen bedrooms (upper level) and yet terrific for families with an additional sleeper sofa in the living room. The home boasts two decks and a screened-in porch to fully enjoy outdoor space and grilling or relaxing by the sounds of the lagoon fountain.

72 Pelican Bay has much to offer including beauty and charm. Recently fully renovated, 72 Pelican Bay now features:

• Completely renovated baths including master bath with stand-alone tub.
• Beautiful glass panel door in master bedroom.
• All new mattresses and beds in every bedroom.
• New flooring and furniture throughout.
• Renovated kitchen with Corian counters.
• New televisions in living area and each bedroom.
• Freshly painted inside and out.
• New private outdoor shower.
• New outdoor KitchenAid grill.

With a wood deck beach path at the end of the street, the walk is hassle free and takes less than five minutes. Ready for the pool, the Pelican Bay swimming pool is also less than a five-minute walk away.

- You must be 25 years or older to book this home.
- Please note that Early Check-In (ECI) and Late Check-Out (LCO) services are not available from May to September.
- Guests must supply their own beach/pool towels.
- Beach chairs/toys are not included at this property. All reservations between 4-28 nights come with a $250 beach gear credit with VaykGear.com. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking.
- The Pelican Bay pool is open May-September and guests will need a pool pass. The pool is not heated.
- Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Fireplaces are not for guest use.
- Trailers and motorcycles are not allowed inside Wild Dunes.
- Guests have access to the Pelican Bay pool, and to the cafes and restaurants at Wild Dunes. Any other amenities or recreation at Wild Dunes, including golf, tennis or the spa, must be booked separately.


*Parking Details:*
-Guests will receive 2 parking passes.
- Under the house accommodates 1 car.
- Driveway accommodates 1 car. The driveway is shared with a neighbor who lives next door FULL TIME.
- To gain access to Wild Dunes, the guest will need a car pass. Passes will be emailed to the guest before their arrival.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.

We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.
