Guests can enjoy full access to the downstairs property and all its amenities, including the bright kitchen, large yard, wifi, Smart TV's and beach gear. There’s parking for one-vehicle during your stay.

Other Things to Note: 🚫 Pets are NOT Allowed: As much as we love furry companions, pets are not allowed at this property. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. If a pet and/or pet evidence is found at the home we reserve the right to charge a $150/pet fee.
🚫 This is a 100% smoke-free property. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. A fine will be charged ($300) for any in-room smoke evidence. If you wish to smoke, please do so at least 10 feet away from the building outdoors.
🧳 Luggage Drop-Off: We are pleased to offer our guests convenient luggage storage through our partnership with Charleston Bag Valet, a trusted local provider.
