"Not very helpful staff. The Air cmpany lost my bag, so I had to buy some stuff in the internet and ask to delivery at the Hotel. One day I ask a guy in the front desk about one package delivered, he said "can you speak louder?" he talked with other employer "Is he talking about packages? I'm here all day and no package was delivery" Then he talked with me "I'm here all day and no package was delivery" I said that the tracking code shown that was delivered and he just did not move a foot to look....

"I was pleasantly surprised. For the price the hotel and amenities were good. The hot breakfast was good. The landscaping could use some attention. What stood out the most was the staff. Almost every one of them that I encountered were wonderful. They all acted like they enjoyed working there. The housekeeping staff and daytime front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast lady was exceptional. She offered to heat up more gravy for us just minutes before breakfast service was done....

"I hated my stay here. Thank God it was just one night. It looked like it was in a time warp from the 1980’s with ugly brown furniture that had the veneers scuffed, really bad coffee for the room, cheap shampoo and soap, thin towels. My room faced the highway so it was really noisy. Soundproofing or a white noise machine would have been nice. Were affordable and it was situated in an area with many choices to eat, my recommendation is the brewery a few blocks away. They have a bar and a nice breakfast. Not many options for snacks, they don have a few though, you may want to bring something with you if you want more variety."
