"We really enjoyed our stay! The area is so lovely and our rental was stocked with everything we could need from wine glasses, beach chairs and towels, bowls, plates and flatwear. The only slight negative is that the room is smaller than the photos suggest. worked for us! "

"We love the Montecito area and the proximity to wonderful restaurants right down the street. Loved the high ceilings and cute patio which made the cottage feel spacious. It was charming and well appointed! I would absolutely come back to stay here again!"

"Secluded, quiet, beautiful 2 bedroom former equestrian tack barn in a grove of avocado trees. Perfect for us. Very simple. Close to everything, but no road noise. Beautiful view of the hills and ocean. "

"Martha was an amazing host and attentive to all our needs. Her cottage is a perfect little spot to stay for exploring Santa Barbara and surrounding areas. The outdoor space is great and neighborhood is beautiful. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Love going up to the Santa Ynez/Los Olivos area! Such a relaxing quiet place to go with lots of fun wineries to try when we want to go out and about. This is at least our 3rd time spending the 4th of July holiday up there away from all the loud illegal fireworks in our area that terrify our dogs (they love it up there too!)."

"Cutest cottages, quaint, comfortable - amazing location! The owner Dave was beyond helpful and kind, couldn’t recommend staying here more!"

"Very happy with the location and cleanliness of the cottage. The bed was one of the most comfortable that we've ever slept in at a vacation rental. We appreciated the water bottles and coffee K-cups. It was a most relaxing stay."

"This is a perfect place to stay in Santa Ynez. The cottage was clean with everything you could need for your vacation including a large bathroom and living area. There is even a place to park and a Tesla charger right there. You can literally walk to EVERYTHING! Dave was so helpful and really went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed. We will be back for sure!"

"My wife and I really liked this property because of the fenced in yard with hot tub and putting greens. Given we had two kids under 3, they needed to be able to run when we were there. My three year old loved calling the loft his bedroom! Would stay there again."

"Infraestrutura do hotel impecavel. Lindas instalacoes, quartos amplos e bem decorados, piscina e academia das melhores que ja vimos. Servico, no entanto, deixou a desejar. Atraso na entrega e retirada de malas, demora no valet, demora pra sentar nos restaurantes. Telefone do valet nunca era atendido. Achamos tambem os restaurantes muito caros pelo que entrega. Servico melhorando, o hotel fica perfeito."
