"We stayed at this hotel in Jackson Hole recently, and while the city itself is known for its high prices, I expected a bit more from a hotel at this price point. The room was on the expensive side, mirroring the city's overall costliness, but unfortunately, the bed and room conditions didn't quite meet my expectations. The bed was not as comfortable as I had hoped, and the overall room conditions left something to be desired. Given the premium price, I was hoping for a more luxurious experience...

"Péssimo atendimento. Não responderam nenhuma de nossas mensagens, nem antes, nem durante e nem após a nossa estadia. Atendimento pessoal praticamente não existe. Fomos mal atendidos no check in e no checkout então ficaram ao telefone e nem nos atenderam. Não recomendo. Super caro e mal conservado. Ficamos no térreo e ouvimos todos os barulhos do quarto superior, de madrugada… nossas meias ficaram pretas de caminhar no quarto somente a noite antes do banho, um absurdo não passarem sequer um pano...

"The hotel is located quite far from Grand Teton NP and unfortunately the highways are very busy and under construction, but it is a good option (as long as you are willing to drive a bit to get there and back). The check-in/out service and breakfast were excellent."
