"This was our second time staying at this property. It is such a cute rental and a stones throw away from the beach. Daniel is a super host and is available if needed. Out of the MANY trips that we have taken, this stay was the most relaxing ever!"

Beautiful views, house was well stocked with everything we could need, and Lexi and Mike were the most responsive team we have ever come across in renting properties all over the country. They did everything possible to ensure we had a fantastic family trip! "

"Ken was an awesome host. He was very quick to respond to any questions we had and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The house is a stone's throw away from the water, which was exactly what we were looking for. We would definitely stay here again."

The large living room and back porch both provided great spaces for gathering and time together. The nearby town of Ellicottville (about 11 minutes away) offers numerous walkable restaurants and shops.The listing, as far as I have found, does not include very many details about the air conditioning. There are two window AC units in the house (not counting the suite, which we did not...
