    Stunning 2 bedroom property located in Irvine not far from the beach. Irvine beach offers beautiful walks, views and a quaint harbour with coffee shops, restaurants and the HAC Harbour Arts Centre. For the golf enthusiast you are within short driving distance to Troon with courses Royal Troon, Darley and Fullarton all nearby.

    The property benefits from a fully equipped kitchen, 2 double bedrooms (one ensuite) and a stunning main bathroom with bath. The well-equipped kitchen is open-plan to the lounge and is the perfect place to dine and relax.
    Please note the apartment is non-smoking. If you fail to adhere to any house rules, your deposit will not be returned and additional charges may apply.

    Partying and excessive noise is not permitted in this development. Failure to comply will lead to a fine.

    Any Damage should be reported immediately and an appropriate charge will apply.

    Pets are negotiable. All pets must be pre-booked. No animals should be allowed on beds or sofas. Pets may incur additional fees.

A nicely maintained and well furnished property in a convenient location in Irvine, which is on the west coast of Ayrshire. We were a party of 4 and this two bedroom apartment was ideal for us. The bedding and linen were all clean. The property was on the second floor of its block and there is no lift which was not an issue for us but may be worth knowing if you travel with much luggage.We found the location to be a good base for visiting the surrounding area. A car is probably essential though we took the train to Glasgow which was reasonably easy and not too expensive. There are several shops and restaurants within walking distance and others a short drive away. The only minor issues were that there was no tea towel in the property which we would have expected, and we also ran out of toilet rolls which was easily rectified. We would definitely stay here again

I was sent an email by someone named Edith saying she was the host and to reach out if there were problems We arrived and the thermostat was not working When I called I received a call center and not Edith I had to go and buy batteries myself and repair it myself It was late and cold I tried twice to get the problem fixed I only heard from "Edith" the next morning who informed me that she only works 8-4 Make sure your problems are 8-4 Now with that said The apartment was well kept and centrally located for us to walk about our hometown
