On the ground floor there are three bedrooms - 1 double, 1 twin (2 singles) and a single, plus a bathroom with bath, shower over the bath, basin and WC. Upstairs, the front door opens on to a mezzanine hall up to the first floor with large sofa, chair, TV, table dining table for 4/6, guest bed & TV. Second toilet, kitchen, fridge-freezer, electric oven and gas hob, microwave, kettle and toaster, washing machine, clothes drying rack, iron, ironing board & hair dryer. Internet/wifi and Netflix included.

Bed linen, towels and professional housekeeping are all provided.
Patio/parking area for two cars. Ample parking close by in full view of living room.
Central heating with gas boiler and hot water storage cylinder. Instant electric shower.

Guests will have access to the whole house.

John, your Host, is away when the whole house is booked. The house no personal effects except for two locked linen storage cupboards.

The area is formerly social housing where most occupiers are now homeowners. It's a good area and very quiet.
