"Loved having a whole house. Master bedroom on first floor along with the full bath. The upstairs has the two other rooms and a half bath. Our older teen kids enjoyed having the upstairs to themselves, and having a half bath was a bonus for getting ready in the morning. The A/C is window air conditioners, which worked fine. It is in a great location, so close to everything (Restaurants, University of Buffalo, Niagra Falls, churches, etc.). The neighborhood is quiet, safe and beautiful for a walk or run. "
