There is a full kitchen and spacious living room. The bedroom has a comfortable queen bed and windows all around the cottage let in fresh air. There is a small patio in the private front yard to sit and enjoy your morning coffee or evening glass of wine. I loved especially the colorful decor and comfortable living room. Must...

"Good facilities, clean and tidy, lovely decor. Good location."

"This was a beautiful property only 6min away from the beach! It was about a 10min walk to the boardwalk. It was definitely the perfect location."

"We stay in Hampton every summer, and this was one of my favorite places we’ve rented. The property was clean, updated, and well maintained. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances, cleaning supplies, paper products, and plenty of utensils and plates. The beds were comfortable and spotlessly clean, and large, fluffy bath towels are provided, along with beach gear on the front porch.Brenda and Marc were extremely responsive, even when messages came late at night or while they were out of town....

"The location was awesome..a short walk to beach, shops, & restaurants. We had a parking spot in driveway which was a plus. The host Gary was a great guy and the accommodations were clean and comfortable. My husband Bill, dog (Ben), and I had a fun 4 night stay in Hampton Beach."
