MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT: The primary guest must be 21 years of age or older. The person who made the reservation must be present at check-in, or must provide prior authorization if someone else in their party will check in.

GUEST LIMIT: Only the number of guests listed on the reservation are permitted to stay at the property.

PARKING: A maximum of three (3) vehicles is allowed per property.

FURNITURE: Please do not move furniture within the home.

QUIET HOURS: Observed from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM daily.

CLEANLINESS: Guests are expected to leave the property in a respectful condition upon departure.
