"Perfect, we've stayed at the Mermaid House before and are already planning a trip or two for next year. Chris, the host is quick and easy to communicate with. House is well appointed, pretty much everything you need for a stay. The pool is my favorite, listening to nature, floating with a cocktail, you can't beat it. The tiki bar is also amazing! "WE WERE THERE A COUPLE OF DAYS AND HAD A WONDERFUL TIME. "

"We came for a long weekend of scalloping and boating. The location of this home couldn’t have been better being the second house from the fast zone out the channel. The views are stunning, the homes is stocked with yummy coffee and everything you could need plus more. Commercial ice machine was the biggest hit for our long days on the boat. We will definitely be coming back."

"The property is in a great location, 5-10 min from everywhere we needed to go. There’s an awesome breakfast restaurant right on the corner (walk distance). The property has a nice backyard with Kayaks, firepit, grill and an awesome view! It was super clean including towels and sheets and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need. A very large Parking space was a plus!"
