This immaculate condo sleeps 6 comfortably and offers plenty of space for the family to spread out or gather together and make lasting memories. You’ll have unlimited free high-speed Wi-Fi, ensuring that whether you need to jump on a Zoom call, upload your Insta-worthy pictures or catch up on your favourite YouTube channel, there will be no interruptions. The condo also has a big-screen TV connected to a Roku so you can log into any streaming service you wish.


Sleeping Arrangements:
Primary bedroom: Queen bed
Second Bedroom: Two single beds
Living room: Full-sized sofa bed

Whether you prefer playing in the sand at the beach or sun tanning at the pool (or both), this destination has it all. We highly recommend planning to watch the sunset from either the hot tub after a day of hiking, skiing or skating or pouring yourself a drink and taking in the sunset with the family from the cozy lounge area on the condo’s expansive balcony.

When you’re away with the family, a great kitchen is always a must, and in this kitchen, you will not be disappointed. Go ahead, cook your favourite dish or try something new in the kitchen, complete with all your basic appliances, plenty of counter space and everything you need to get the job done with ease. It also features a breakfast bar with seating for two where you can serve easy meals & snacks to get the kids fed and out the door where adventure awaits.

You’ll find the kitchen fully equipped with:
– Plenty of Pots/Pans/Platters for large meals.
– Serving utensils.
–Tongs for grilling on the BBQ.
– Full set of knives.
– Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher, Toaster, Coffee Maker, Blender, Kettle
– Stocked with coffee, tea, salt, pepper and your basic condiments.

Laundry
Also included in your stay is a laundry room with detergent and plenty of shelving to organize your summer or winter gear.

Parking
You’ll also have your own designated underground parking spot, offering you another level of convenience, guaranteeing you won’t have to spend time searching for visitor or street parking. However, if you have more than one vehicle, there is plenty of additional parking lot and street parking.

Panorama Transportation
The shuttle to Panorama Ski Hill runs 9 times per day in the winter months. It will pick you up at the Dairy Queen located just behind the condo complex. The first shuttle is at 9:10 AM. The last shuttle of the day returns at 10:45PM

Check-In/Checkout
After booking, you will receive access to your personalized guest portal, with information on the property and its amenities. 3 days prior to check-in, you will receive detailed check-in instructions and directions to the property.

We have set up a seamless entry for our guests. There will be no reason to slow you down upon your arrival. Please do not hesitate to reach out if there's something you need during your stay with us.

Located within minutes from Invermere’s downtown core but also offers the peace and quiet you’d expect from a mountain and lakeside vacation, complete with its million-dollar views.

James Chabot Beach: Enjoy the convenience of beach access, where you’ll find plenty of picnic tables for eating with the family, shallow water, making it perfect for swimming with the kids and ample space to launch a kayak or stand up paddleboard.

Radium Hot Springs: Take a dip in the hot springs and relax while soaking in a blend of scentless minerals that’ll leave you feeling brand new. An experience you won’t want to miss.

The Whiteway: A 30km multi-use trail groomed for both cross-country skiing and skating. It was granted the world record as the world’s longest-maintained skating trail by the Guinness Book of World Records.

Greywolf Golf Course: Enjoy this world-renowned course ranked among the top 15 best courses in Canada, perfectly positioned against the backdrop of the Purcell mountains. Also close by are Windermere Valley Golf Course, The Ridge at Copper Point & Eagle Ranch Golf Course.

The Farmer’s Market - Enjoy shopping for fresh produce and local specialties every Saturday morning at our town’s local market.

There is a bus during the winter months that runs all day up to Panorama Mountain Resort. The bus pick-up is just a few minutes walk from the condo at the nearby Dairy Queen.

Please note that we provide a starter supply of consumables (toilet paper, paper towel, coffee etc.) but do not provide refills during the stay.

To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, and pass through our verification portal.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
* You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
* You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
* You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.


HOUSE RULES:
1. Quiet Hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is a noise monitor in the unit that will test decibels throughout the day.

2. Neither parties nor events will be permitted on the property. The maximum occupancy for this unit cannot exceed more than 6 people.

3. There is no smoking permitted on the property including vapes. Any proof of smoking will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal.

4. Although pets are permitted on the property we ask that you please keep them off the linens and furniture. Any excessive dog hair or damage will be charged to the guest's name on the reservation.

5. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest.

6. Any items that are mistakenly left behind that you wish to have returned will be shipped via Cash on Delivery along with a $30.00 admin fee.

7. Please know that there is no lifeguard on duty at the pool area. Kids under the age of 14 are required to be accompanied by an adult at all times. We also ask that you please refrain from bringing glass on the pool deck.

We had a beautiful time with our son and his wife skating, bowling, hiking, building puzzles and eating! We had a problem with the tv, but it was cared for the next day by maintenance. The kitchen was well equipped. There was plenty of blue sky! It was very enjoyable.

Located close to the lake, a few minutes drive to downtown, places to eat are also available. The apartment facing the highway did not bother us. The place was comfortable. It would have been nicer if the pool was ready. Then again, the lake is just a few minutes walk.

Property was nice enough, although our view was of the A and W Parking lot. Hallways smelled a bit and the underground parking was NOT properly measured for clearance. My half ton fit under the bar at the garage door entrance, but when backing into the stall designated for this unit, the cab of my truck scraped a pipe that is hanging lower than the bar at the garage door entrance! The hot tub is woefully small for the amount of units in the complex, was always packed so did not use. The unit, in my opinion, is 40 percent overpriced. I do not recommend for the price charged.

The condo was exactly like the pictures. Cute decor and in good condition. Perfect for the 4 of us. We were all comfortable. We'd consider this accommodation again if we take another trip to Invermere BC.
