Bathroom shower tile had mold that came out from around the tub fitting when we showered.
Giant oil stain on the floor beside the bed.
Shower head in the bathroom is very outdated - would be great if it was updated so the water pressure wasn’t so crazy.
There is no where to get fresh water except for the water fountain in the pool area - which is locked when the pool is closed. none of the sinks are deep enough to fit a waterbottle. this was very very inconvenient after a couple days!!
Really non-ideal to be in Bryce on the furthest side of the wing if u didn’t know to bring a luggage cart - it took us more than 6 minutes to wait for both elevators from the Parkade and then to walk two long hallways. This wasn’t a big deal for us but for older folks this wouldn’t be very accessible.
Also the fact that not alll rooms come with bathrobes seemed unfair given the high price we paid for our room.
Food in the restaurant was too high priced to be worth not driving a short distance into town. the staff, however, were so amazing.
Pool and hot tub, and all the general amenities were very clean and well kept.
Parkade is safe and clean.
Staff were all very friendly and kind.
Would not choose this place over an airbnb for the price point though, unless your booking the lofted bigger rooms - those all looked worth it.
