Full House in Beautiful, Secluded, Wooded Setting 20 Minutes from Traverse City

Entire home in a peaceful, secluded setting right between Duck Lake and Green Lake in Interlochen. Just a few short miles from the Interlochen Academy for the Arts as well as 2 campgrounds. Access to Duck Lake which holds great scenery, water and fishing. The home has 3 queen beds in 3 separate bedrooms, but can be suited to sleep an additional 6 with the use of couches, blow up mattress and a pull out couch. Plenty of room, plenty of space and only 20 minutes from Traverse City!

The space
Large space for groups as small as 4 all the way to 12! 3 queen beds in 3 separate rooms. 2 full bathrooms, laundry, 2 living rooms and can be suited to sleep an additional 6 more people with use of a blow up mattress, couches and pull out couch. Most artwork, furniture and features in the home are handmade by the owner. Open yard, house in the woods with not many neighbors to worry about. Plenty of space and parking If you wish to bring a camper, boat or have multiple vehicles. Very nice, quiet and peaceful area. Only 20 minutes from downtown so you can enjoy the frenzy of Traverse City and come wind down back at home!

The house is located right between Duck Lake and Green Lake, with access to Duck Lake. Walking distance via trail to the Interlochen State Park which has a beautiful beach. Rustic camp site across the road on Green Lake. Grocery store, party store, gas station and restaurants all within a 5 minutes drive!

Guest access
Full access of the house. Laundry located on site, plenty of parking and some garage space; half of garage is walled off for storage and maintenance items for the home. 2 kayaks may be made available (rent) upon request. 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 2 living rooms, full kitchen and 2 refrigerators on site. Tons of parking for everyone and everything.

I am available at anytime for any questions, to talk about the area, give recommendations, come make repairs or anything that is necessary to make my guests comfortable and enjoy their stay.
