"Great location for our trip. 35 minutes to sleeping bear dunes and less than 30 to traverse City. Property was clean and orderly. Property owners suggestion for buds cafe was spot on. The food was delicious and it was a cool spot to eat breakfast and hang out. "

"We had such a lovely time. My sons, 5 and 14, both loved it and were very happy with their rooms. We all loved the house and honestly more essentials than I had imagined were already provided by Jeff, which was nice- I had anticipated having to do much more shopping than I ended up needing to. "Amazing location! We came for a wedding that was located on Rennie Lake, about 10 Minutes from our vacation rental. All we could think about was how much we wanted to return to our location so we could enjoy a peaceful sunset. The staircase is def steep but I felt very safe getting up and down them to the bed area. "
