"We always stay here when passing through town on road trips. I have to say it was wayyyy cleaner and felt safer this time. They keep the grounds and inside immaculately clean and i saw lots of security patrolling the parking lot. We stayed at the RV park this time but also had friends staying in the hotel. Something has improved recently . Very friendly staff as always . 👌"

"We stayed here as a family, and the room was very spacious with plenty of beds, so everyone was able to sleep comfortably. It was also very convenient to have a refrigerator, microwave, and electric kettle. We had a very comfortable stay."

"Our room was cozy and clean and exactly what we needed for our visit to Mt Shasta."

"The staff was very helpful, and I enjoyed the complimentary coffee and grab-and-go breakfast brown bags in the hotel lobby. I also appreciated the inn's proximity to attractions like Lake Siskiyou and the Headwaters of the Sacramento River (in Mt. Shasta City Park), and good restaurants,"

"They were in the process of resealing the parking lot and front office was also getting renovated. Our shower would benefit from some maintenance. The room was fine for the one night we needed."

"Nice & quiet. Will book again"

"That I had to register at the restaurant"

"The handicapped room was excellent. Very spacious, in fact it was actually a 2 bedroom suite with two TV's. Most important was that the accessible bathroom was also excellent."
