Every guest around us kept complaining about the same thing, the pools being too hot. The round pool is a degree or two cooler and is about as hot as your hottest hot tub you've ever been to. The main public pool's hot pool is simply unbearable and there was barely anyone in it. Most people just had feet in it. If you like boiling water you'll like it. For...

"Loved our place at the Palliser. We usually stay at the Glacier or Mountaineer but loved it here. We had our own hot tub and it was much quieter. The property was in much better shape than the mountaineer and glacier condos. We will choose Palliser next time too!"

"I stayed for 1 night with my family when we stopped for 2 days of skiing at Kicking Horse on a drive across Candada. This place is conveniently located between town and the resort, though you will have to drive to get anywhere. The place was very self service, but I found everything we needed and expected. It had a nice great room for hanging out reading a book and some apres."

"property manager said we had old rental agreement from Expedia & thus check in was 5pm instead of 4pm. also check out was now 10am instead of 11am. When traveling with young children, that was really annoying and inconvenient. Upon being pushed, they did agree to early check in without penalty, but wouldn't budge on check out. Also, for 1st time in any place, I stayed, they wanted you to run dishwasher and then empty & put dishes away. With 10am leave, it meant having to hand clean up breakfast...

"This place is spacious. Our kids were able to unwind and play. The yard was great as well. Beds were comfy and the sauna was a bonus. Close to town and the ski hill. We will be back. Host was extremely helpful and quick to reply. Thank you."

"although this hotel was clean, it is dated and needs upgrades. The walls are very thin and you can year everything. All the staff were very friendly. Too bad the hot tub was out of service and the doors need to be soft close (it seems everyone was slamming their door). We would have been upset but the pricing was great."
