The views from the doors and windows out to the loch opening are stunning and the sun sets out over the islands and water making every clear night magical. "This was the perfect stay for our Isle of Skye trip. It was clean, cozy and charming and the hosts were kind and accommodating. It had everything we needed and then some. We loved how cozy the living room was with the electric fireplace. In addition, waking up to the beautiful views and saying good morning to our sheep neighbors made it feel even more cozy. The location was prime since we weren’t far from Portree and other main sites. I would recommend saying here."

"We loved our stay at Ridge Edge Cottage! The neighbors (and their dog) were wonderful and it was so fun to live among the locals for a few nights. You have everything you need here including a washing machine (no dryer). The dishes were not all clean in the cabinet but that was an easy fix with the dish soap provided. It is quite far from Portree (45-60 minutes) but well worth the drive. "

"Objekt und Lage wie in Anzeige beschrieben, Sehr schön, super ausgestattet, hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Sehr gute Idee mit dem Feldstecher in der Küche und dem Vogelbestimmungsbuch. Eine schöne Beschäftigung bei Ebbe. Den Ofen haben wir mit dem vorhandenen Holz nicht angefeuert bekommen. Wegen der Heizung war es aber trotzdem warm. Übergabe war ohne persönlichen Kontakt, was wir schade fanden."

"Annie’s cottage is in a lovely terrace, great for kids as there’s a fantastic playground a minute away. The rooms are all good sizes and well decorated. The house is a little damp and could do with updating in some parts but overall we had a great stay in Skye."
