"Very modern, very clean and only 300m away from the center of Karlsruhe-Mühlburg, with a few restaurants and bars / cafés and a good bakery at nearby Kaiserallee. The accomodation was also very quite. Only one small issue existed: The TV cable-receiver box was apparently left in disorder and did not work at first. But I could fix it, so that TV was working as well."

"This was our second stay at a Seeger Living in Karlsruhe City Center. I like the one on Karlstrasse 42-44 slightly better, but both were great. They are always super fast with any questions and concerns. I went to the wrong location, and they were very quick getting me where I needed to go. The location is fantastic. Grocery store with bakery right across the street, and many stores and great restaurants within easy walking distance. This is definitely my place to stay in Karlsruhe!!"

"Modernes Ferienhaus mit reichlich Platz in ruhiger Lage. Besonderes erwähnenswert sind der tolle Innenpool und der Whirlpool. Sehr angenehm war bei den hohen Außentemperaturen die neue Klimaanlage in allen Zimmern. Ganz besonderes möchten wir Mickael für seine schnelle Hilfe und Unterstützung danken. Die Lage des Hauses erfordert für die täglichen Dinge ein Auto. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt (wir waren 2 Wochen) wären Waschmaschine, Bügelbrett und etwas mehr Geschirr sehr hilfreich. Auch...

"Wir haben unser Weihnachtsfest im den Haus verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt.Wir konnten zusammen Zeit verbringen, jeder hatte dennoch seinen Rückzugbereich.Ganze Atmosphäre des Hauses hat uns sehr gefallen.Schönes altes Fachwerkhaus. Immer freundlicher Kontakt zur Vermieterin.Den Gästen stehen drei Parkplätze kostenlos zur Verfügung. Man ist zu Fuß schnell in der Stadt, es gibt viele Geschäfte, die schnell zu erreichen sind."
