Especially during the hot summer in the Rhine Valley, the cool apartment offers you a pleasant retreat. The accommodation consists of a living room with a sofa bed (1.40 m wide), a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a large double bed, and a bathroom, and accommodates up to 4 people. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, a smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning, washing machine, and dryer. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.



The holiday apartment offers you a shared garden with a private entrance. Nearby you will find supermarkets, bakeries, and a train station. The accommodation is ideal if you want to visit the Volksschauspiele or explore the surroundings such as Baden-Baden, the Black Forest, and Alsace.



A parking space is available on the property, and there are also free parking options along the street. Pets, smoking, and events are not allowed. Please observe quiet hours during your stay (no noise after 10 pm). By confirming your booking, you accept the house rules; these can be requested from the owner if needed. Flexible check-in and check-out arrangements are possible on request.



Security cameras are installed on the property. The living room is equipped with a sofa bed (1.40 m wide), but cannot be darkened. Coffee pads, filter coffee, various teas, and detergent are provided free of charge.
