"The hotel was generally clean but they didn’t clean our room during our stay. There was no trash can on the room, there was only one in the restroom. On 3rd floor hall, you can smell a weird smell probably related to the ice maker machine. The breakfast was good the first morning as there are a lot of people there. The next day, as some people left, some of the breakfast items were left too! The first staff we met when we arrived was helpless and she even refused to say hello, but the one we saw...

"We were there for OC Jeep Week. So we mostly were there to sleep and shower. Lol Very clean, very comfortable, everything was beautiful including the grounds. Kids loved the pool. We never got to have breakfast because we were out the door around 630 each morning and it wasnt ready yet but we've been to Mainstays before and loved the breakfasts. We would stay again without question."

"On a family trip heading home from Wildwoods NJ, we decided we weren't ready to head home. We ventured to Ocean City last minute and found a great rate for two days at his hotel. It was maintained well. The pool was clean, towels always freshly stocked, elevator and entry way always clean. Our room was clean upon arrival. We declined room service but were gladly provided extra towels. The gym was clean and had great equipment. In terms of location, EXCELLENT! It's literally on the boardwalk....

"This was an amazingly quirky place that would be so awesome for a couple days. We had 2 bedrooms, kitchenette/dining room and bath. I loved the artwork, the little porch and how close we were to the boardwalk. The bathroom was tiny and the shower didn't work, but we were the first guest for the season in that unit, so they didn't know it wasn't working. They were very responsive and everything was clean. If I was planning to spend 3 or more days in town, this would be a good choice. "

"The room still had mess from the previous person- food crumbs in the cabinets, trash on the floor in the kitchen, dirty dishes, and most damning a paw print on the side of the sheets of a bed. We stayed in the Cabana building and it was a nice and spacious room, but the internet never worked even when we asked for help. It's on the boardwalk so getting to the beach and fun stuff is very easy. It was overall fine, but once I saw the state of the kitchenette I became disinterested in using it."

"I did not like position of room when I booked a sea front rooom I did not think I would be put in a room on the first floor looking over the bar , web site very deceptive, the bar that was to stay open until 10 pm closed at 8.30 .was told due to not enough customers that is what I call deceiving guests"

"Staff was great, even helped bring our luggage up the steps, do not realize had no elevators, the steps weren't too bad. Room was clean, ac/heat works great, the mini fridge kept my drinks icy! Location was great for walking to and from the boardwalk! Only improvement would be the pool, tried it and the sunscreen residue was very apparent in the water. And the size of the pool"

"Upon arriving, the room smelled badly like cigarette smoke but it went away after a day or two. The room could have been a little cleaner but that's most hotels, especially here. The staff were all absolutely wonderful, including the house keeping ladies! Our room had a Jacuzzi in it, but it's so loud that we literally just didn't use it, its uncomfortably loud. Balcony looked like it would be private also based on the picture they have posted with our room, but it was fully open and shared,...
