"The room we stayed in everything was rusted. The drain was leak leaking the garbage disposal smelt like sewage and was underwater so you couldn’t even put your garbage in the disposal. Our chairs out in the patio were rusted, the floor was dirty, we don’t have enough towels for the stay, no room service, never got our codes for the door, entering the door was terrible, rating this hotel as a 0. When I messed them with all the crap wrong they never reached out till the last day of the trip, the...

"I reserved a room with partial ocean view I was given a room on the 1st floor where the view was blocked by a tent asked if higher floor was available was told yes for 42.00 more i was not happy about that especially since there was many rooms available Thursday night I traveled all the way there to look at a tent not happy. Whatever happened to customer service?"

"The whole experience at the hotel was great with friendly and helpful staff. The tropical bar is the best in the area with 1st class barmen. I would say you would be mad not to stay here for a family holiday/vacation for a more personal touch. Me and my family have lived our time there."

"Myrtle Beach North actually has the exact same address & we mistakenly went to the incorrect address. There should be a statement stating there can be confusion in MapQuesting the address & to be sure to focus on the correct zip code. When I called the front desk, they informed me that this was a frequent mistake by new visitors. I won't downgrade my review, however, because this was an excellent resort."
