We were under the impression that the pond/spring and playground were in fact on property grounds, however they were not. It was a park nearby and it happened to be closed for hunting season. Host was quick to reply to any questions and check in/out was simple. It was chilly while we were there but we would love to be back when it's warmer to spend more time on the porch. "
