House Rules:
1. No loud noise is allowed at any time, and music is allowed during the DAY (not during quiet hours) if it is contained within the property. Quiet hours are 9 PM to 8 AM Sunday through Thursday, and 10 PM to 8 AM Friday and Saturday. No outdoor music or loud use of outdoor amenities is allowed during quiet hours. Fines Apply up to $2500 and/or Eviction if rules are not followed.
2. Respect the house and report all damages
3. 4 cars: 2 garage + 2 driveway; no overnight street parking past 10pm or horizontal parking at all hours. No RVs, camper vans, trailers, boats or oversized vehicles in HOA community.
4. No parties or events are allowed
5. No smoking allowed on the premises
6. Must be 21 years old to book
7. The booking agreement must be acknowledged and signed within 1 hour of booking and before check-in instructions are provided. ID verification is required.

9. Outside Vendors (chefs, bartenders, cabana boys, etc.) need to be approved by Luxury Desert Escapes for insurance purposes
10. Maximum overnight occupancy: 16 guests, including children. Maximum daytime occupancy: 16 guests.

Getting Around:
Walking distance to the Empire Polo Fields for all the equestrian activities and Coachella and Stagecoach music festivals; minutes from the La Quinta Resort, Indian Wells Tennis Garden, Old Town La Quinta, and all the La Quinta golf courses. Highway 111 is down the street, with Costco, Target, Coffee Bean, and Starbucks, among many other chains and local favorites. Less than 10 minutes from I-10, you can quickly head to Palm Springs, nearby casinos and other Coachella Valley destinations.

A two-night minimum is required for pool heating, while there is no minimum required for spa-only heating.

Minimum stay: 30 nights, except throughout April when a 3-night minimum applies.
