Magical Garden Retreat with Pool, Hot Tub & Mountain Views✨

Located in the Indian Palms Country Club, this is a fabulous house for the Coachella and Stage Coach music festivals, Joshua Tree National Park, and the Thermal HITS horse show (as well as for the PGA West golf tournament and Indian Wells Tennis Garden).
The property lends itself to indoor/outdoor living at its best! The back yard offers a surprisingly secluded retreat with views of mountains looming in the not-too-far distance. Enclosed by living walls of tall green vegetation, the garden is planted with aloes, milkweeds (to attract butterflies), roses and other increasingly native plantings. The pool is delightfully refreshing on hot days, and the hot tub -- well -- it is almost always a delicious spot to be at. Bougainvillea covers the patio and grill area, where there is an outdoor dining table and chairs, and 4 reclining lounge chairs.
The three bedroom house is gently growing from its 1970's heritage into its more modern, nomadic 2020's self (with some of its 1970's features still in tact ;) The house has an open living/dining area with an adjoining kitchen, a master bedroom with king bed (or two twins), a second bedroom with a California king, and a third bedroom with a queen bed. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and the two other bedrooms share a bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have sliding doors leading to the back/side yards.
Whether waking up to the chorus of birds in trees, roadrunners dashing across the lawn, bright sun and skies or going sleep to chirping crickets and stars blazing overhead, this is a sweet little spot to be at.

A few things to note:
- The house is located in the gated community of Indian Palms, for which you will receive guest passes.
- Our neighborhood is very peaceful; loud partying is not tolerated.
- A dog may be permitted with pre-approval. Please send us information if you are looking to bring your dog.
- Check-in & out is flexible when the cleaning schedule allows.
- The pool can be heated for an additional daily fee.
- The 14% Occupancy Tax is WAIVED for stays of 30 days and more.
- Monthly rates may not be quoted correctly. Please ask if you are interested.
