Located in the upscale community Indian Palms Country Club that is not only gated, but is patrolled 24/7 by security officers. The home includes an attached two car garage, and space for 2 cars in the driveway for any guests that you may have. Enjoy the warm sunrise views overlooking the Mountain golf course. The views this home has are truly breathtaking. Large 5 burner BBQ to cook for the whole family. Luxurious private pool in the backyard for you to enjoy on those hot days.



Indulge in the comfort and tranquility of this fully stocked contemporary kitchen. The space features granite top counters, an open-concept layout, tasteful furnishings and decor. This home features a larger Master suite with a large private bathroom. Ultimate comfort with a California King size bed. The 2nd guest room also has a California King size bed, along with bunk beds that have twin over full size beds. The 3rd room has a King size bed. This home has tons of space to bring the entire family together. Huge kitchen with everything you need. Large comfortable couches with a 65” TV for family movie night. Our outdoor space features a BBQ for family cookouts and lovely views.



Guest have access to the community pool/spa, and gym. This home does have a smaller relaxation pool/spa in the backyard



Located in Indian Palms Country Club. Community features a 27 hole championship golf course. It also has a club house for food and drinks.



Due to HOA restrictions, only 4 guest per reservation are permitted to use the community amenities. Please reach out with any questions.



Fire pit is currently not working.



Pool heating fees will apply. There will be a $50 daily pool heating fee, if you choose to heat the pool. Spa heat is complimentary.



Trash day is every Friday morning, if you can take the trash out the night prior and bring back the bin from the street to the side of home once trash has been collected.

By accepting this rental through Airbnb, you are agreeing to be responsible for supervising and assuring safe use of pool and spa for your guests. You are releasing owner for any liability of claims and agree to hold owner harmless from any damages (personal injury or otherwise) to you, your guests or any third party.



You recognize and understand that a Swimming Pool and Spa involve certain risks. Those risks include, but are not limited to, the risk of injury resulting from possible malfunction of the equipment used in the pool and injuries resulting from tripping or falling over obstacles in the pool area. Because the pool is an outdoor pool, no credits will be given if it becomes dirty. However, we can send our pool tech over for an additional clean if necessary.
