The Space:

A bright, open home made for families and groups. The living room has a smart TV, an indoor fireplace, foosball and board games, and there's a dining table for shared meals.



Primary bedroom: King bed with premium linens, a walk-in dressing room with a ballet barre, seating and full-length mirror, a smart TV with Chromecast, a dedicated workspace and private patio access that seats 4.

Bedroom 2: Full-over-full bunk beds with a pull-out twin trundle.

Bedroom 3: Full-over-full bunk beds with a pull-out twin trundle.

Bedroom 4: Queen bed with premium linens and two nightstands.

Bathrooms: The primary has a bathtub and separate shower, and two more full bathrooms have shower-tub combos. Hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel provided.



Kitchen: Refrigerator, freezer, gas stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig and drip coffee makers, kettle, toaster, blender, bread maker, cookware and cooking basics.



The fully fenced backyard has a saltwater pool and hot tub (pool heating available for a fee), a fire pit, a gas BBQ and a Persian kabob grill, a putting green, misters for hot nights, an outdoor movie projector and screen, and outdoor dining.



Also included: washer and dryer, Pack 'n Play, central AC and heating, ceiling fans, fast Wi-Fi and a level 2 (30A) EV charger (fee applies).



Guest Access:

The entire house is yours: the kitchen, living and dining areas, all four bedrooms and three bathrooms, the laundry room, the upstairs balcony and the fenced backyard with its saltwater pool and hot tub, putting green, fire pit and outdoor movie screen.



Check-in is self-serve, so you can arrive on your own schedule.

Terra Lago is a quiet residential neighborhood in Indio, with the Golf Club at Terra Lago inside the community and the Indio Hills Badlands trailhead about 10 minutes away.

Getting Around:

A car is the easiest way to get around Indio and the wider Coachella Valley. There's free parking for up to four vehicles, plus a level 2 (30A) EV charger (a fee applies for charging). Street parking in Terra Lago needs a security safelist, so please read the parking details below. Palm Springs International Airport is about a 35-minute drive, and rideshare operates throughout the area.

Please note that we require all guests to sign a liability waiver to stay in the home. This is a requirement of our insurance provider.



★ Does the property have a private pool or spa? ★

Yes - the home has a private saltwater pool and hot tub for the exclusive use of guests, in a fully fenced backyard.



★ What are the additional fees? ★

Pool heating is $50 per night. Pets are $50 per night per pet. An additional fee applies for use of the level 2 EV charger.



★ What is the parking situation? ★

There is free parking on the premises for up to four vehicles, plus a level 2 (30A) EV charger (an additional fee applies for charging). Street parking is only allowed when the driveway is full, and every vehicle parked on the street must be added to the Terra Lago security safelist. The safelist can only be done one night at a time (it cannot be registered for the full stay), so for multi-night stays our team needs to re-add the vehicle every day. The community limits safelist registrations to 10 per month, so if you expect to need street parking, please contact us before arrival with the vehicle's make, model, color and license plate. Vehicles parked on the street without being safelisted can be fined (up to $750) and/or towed, which guests are liable for.



★ Is the property pet-friendly? ★

Yes - pets are welcome for $50 per night per pet. Assistance animals are always welcome at no charge.



★ Is early check-in or late check-out available? ★

We are no longer able to offer early check-in or late check-out. If you would like extra time at the start or end of your stay, please book the night before or the night after - that way the home is yours for the whole day and there is no rush at either end.



★ Are there any restrictions on the number of guests or visitors? ★

Yes - we cannot have more people staying than the number posted on the listing. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. We require contact details for all adults staying at the property.



★ Is this a good property for events or celebrations? ★

No. This is a residential community and parties and events are strictly prohibited. Guests looking for a peaceful, relaxing stay will love the home and the neighbourhood.



★ What supplies are provided? ★

We provide roughly a week's worth of essentials to get you started - toiletries, paper goods and basic cleaning supplies. For longer stays, or if you get through them sooner, you're welcome to top up with whatever you prefer.



NON-SMOKING POLICY: This is a strictly non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the property or on the premises, including the garden and outdoor areas. If you wish to smoke, please do so on the street, away from the house.
