Ideal for shorter stays, it features modern amenities like WiFi, a TV, and in-unit laundry. Just 1.4 miles from Empire Polo Club, it`s great for solo travelers or couples exploring Indio.

Welcome to our tranquil and elegant casita, nestled within the Indian Palms Country Club. This private sanctuary offers a comfortable queen-size bed, a full bathroom, and a kitchenette equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, and sink. It`s perfect for those seeking a cozy and intimate retreat.
☆ Amenities: Enjoy modern conveniences such as WiFi, in-unit laundry, and a TV, along with the peace of mind that comes with staying in a gated, secure community. Whether you`re here to relax or to participate in local events, our casita offers a stylish and convenient base for your adventures.
☆ EV Charger: We do offer a 220-volt outlet available at an extra cost for electric car owners, please let us know ahead of time if you will be needing this.
Need more space? Attached to the casita is a spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house that can also be rented. This option is ideal for larger groups or families who require additional room while maintaining close proximity. Ask us for the booking link. Please be aware that the main house may be rented separately during your stay in the casita. As the casita shares a wall with the main house, occasional noise from the main house and garage may be heard.

A dedicated parking spot awaits you on the left side of the driveway, providing easy access directly to your accommodation. ☆ Contactless, 24/7 Check-In: We value your convenience and safety, which is why we offer a completely contactless check-in process. Regardless of your arrival time, you`ll be able to access the property at your leisure, day or night.
☆ Digital House Manual: To make your stay as seamless as possible, you will receive a digital house manual filled with useful information about the property and local recommendations.
☆ Management: Our property is expertly managed by Rather Be Properties. We are committed to ensuring your stay is enjoyable and seamless. Our team is available daily from 9 AM to 9 PM to assist with any requests or questions. You can reach us easily through the Airbnb app, by phone, or email. We`re dedicated to making your getaway perfect! For any urgent issues after hours, we also offer a 24-hour emergency line, guaranteeing support at any time during your stay.
☆ Other Things to Note:
• The home is located in a gated community, there is a guard gate to access the neighborhood. We will need to collect all guests names and license plate numbers for easy access into and out of the community. Max of 1 car.
• Trash is taken every Monday morning.
• Our HOA is responsible for maintaining the front of our yard, if staying mid week- they could be working on the front garden but will not bother you throughout your stay.
☆ Pet-Friendly Accommodations: We welcome one dog only (up to 60 lbs) for a fee of $100 per stay. This fee helps cover the additional cleaning required for pet hair. If any waste beyond hair (such as urine or feces) is found, an additional $200 cleaning fee will be charged. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet, and dogs should not be left unattended in the home, as barking may disturb neighbors. Please let us know if you are traveling with a dog
