Occupants of the Short-Term Rental shall be prohibited from using all outdoor amenities and/or engaging in outdoor games or any outdoor activities that create noise between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM Sunday through Thursday and 10 PM and 8 AM Friday and Saturday.

Indoors:
The living room features two swanky sofas, two chairs, a coffee table in front of the fireplace, and a 75-inch LG Smart TV with a remote-controlled ceiling fan. The chef's fully-equipped kitchen features all stainless steel appliances, including an LG french door refrigerator with water/ice dispenser. In addition to the large center island with a sink and bar seating for 4, the kitchen also features an LG double oven and cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, and a large walk-in pantry. The dining area features a table with dining for six and views of the back patio. No spices, condiments, or oils are provided.

Bedroom Descriptions:
Master Suite 1 is located at the end of the hallway and features a Cal-King-sized Bed, a Twin-sized Day Bed with a Twin-size Trundle, a remote-controlled ceiling fan, a 60-inch Visio HDTV TV, and a large walk-in closet with private access to the back patio. The private en-suite bathroom features a step-in tile shower, his and hers vanity sinks, and a large soaking tub.

Bedroom 2 is next to the front door and features a Cal-King-sized bed, a 50-inch LG HDTV, a remote-controlled ceiling fan, and a reach-in closet.
Bedroom 3 features a Cal-King-sized bed, a 50-inch Visio HDTV, a remote-controlled ceiling fan, and a reach-in closet.
Bedroom 4 is located across from Master Suite 1 and features two King-size beds, a 55-inch Samsung Smart TV, a remote-controlled ceiling fan, and an open closet design.
Bedroom 5 is located next to the kitchen and features a Full-size bed, a Full-size bunk bed with a Full-size trundle, a 60-inch Visio HDTV, a remote-controlled ceiling fan, and an open closet design.

Bedrooms 2 and 3 are connected via a Jack and Jill bathroom 2, which features a double vanity sink and a combo shower and tub. Hallway bathroom 3 is located next to the Master Suite 1 and features a sink and granite shower.
