The condo was exactly as described and well equipped. The golf course is a goat track and not worth 95 but we booked online for 2pm and paid 42 and played in 2.5 hours as it was deserted but 100 degrees out so understandable. I'm not basing the rsting on the golf course as you can play lots of others. The only problem was getting in the pool as the activity center was closed. The property manager was of little help but we just asked people to let us in who were in the pool. This was frustrating as we had 3 kids with us and the pool was one of the main reasons booking here. I dont think this would be a problem normally but if you arrive on a sunday the center that lets you in closes early. Otherwise the place is great and good value for the money. Lots of shopping nearby walmart like 2 min away so convenient.

My husband and I have been using VRBO for a while now. The one thing we always noticed was the owners taking pride in their property by updates. This house is still decorated from the 90’s as you can tell by the furniture and decor. The interior would make a huge difference with a simple fresh coat of paint. You can see years of patch up jobs on the walls, chipped corner walls, stained furniture, broken furniture, holes in window and door screens, tape and ban aids holding together broken items. And those games included with the house sit outside in the hot garage with spider webs everywhere. The bedrooms have an oder to the carpets, like pet urine. The ceiling fan in living room is barely hanging, it wobbles when on. And there’s a film of grime and dirt everywhere. Being there for 5 days let me notice something every day. We wanted to grill but it hadn’t been cleaned in years/months?!. And lastly, the location of the house is next to the transfer station. Which meant early loud noise and tons of workers coming and going. Does not make for having your tea outside pleasant. We were never told about the key to the pool so we didn’t go. This is the first time we WILL NOT return to this property.

This home was the ideal location for an event we attended at Empire Polo Club. Communication with property owner was excellent and the home was exactly as advertised. Clean, well-appointed and comfortable. Would stay again!

Excellent rental. Quiet neighborhood, with good separation from neighbors (hard to find in golf course HOA’s). Lots of games.Grill wasn’t clean and I had to use a manual igniter, but that’s the only problem I saw. I would definitely stay there again.

Indio Golf Course Home

My golfing buddy and I enjoyed our stay at this nice home. The home feature a fully equipped kitchen and a view onto the golf course. The Indian Palms course is not pristine like some of the desert courses, but the green fees are reasonable and the staff are very friendly. The owners of the house were easy to reach and very responsive. I would definitely stay there again.

Great place!

This house was great! Everything was beautiful and as pictured. We only had two small things come up - the keypad on the front door stopped working temporarily so we couldn’t get it - but they responded very quickly and told us an alternative way to access the house. We also noticed almost all of the coffee cups in the cupboard were very clearly dirty and never washed before being put in there. That might have been the previous guests’ fault though! Otherwise everything was easy and location is great! Thank you for hosting us!

Outstanding Property

My co-workers and I stayed at this property for 2 weeks while working in the area. The property is absolutely wonderful and the hosts are the best! The house is very clean and comfortable. The location is very convenient and secure. I highly recommend this property and hope that on my next stay in Indio it will be available again!

Great place to stay with your family!

This is a beautiful home in a very safe family friendly neighborhood. The house had everything we needed. The pickleball court and pools were a huge hit with us and the kids! The host was readily available and very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again and we highly recommend this property! Thank You!!

Comfortable beds--thank you! Modern and spacious home with grassy area surroundings. Extra large table with lazy susan in the center was fun, TV viewing area comfortable with large screen. Thank you for a nice stay in Indio and prompt communication about entry.

Beautiful Desert Stay!

We loved our stay at this great, spacious and clean home. It was nice to have some green space for the kids to play, and the garage was very convenient as well. Home was perfect, we would love to come back!

Great relaxing home!

This place was great! The house was very clean and pretty much had everything I needed. There was a grill outside which was awesome and also had various games available to use like Jenga, cornhole, poker set, etc. The fireplace was also cool and perfect in this cold weather. I also liked the fact that there were various stores and restaurants that were super close to the house so that was a big plus as well. All in all, this house was great and I would definitely return for another stay.
