A colorful four-bedroom home in gated Terra Lago with its own pool and hot tub, a walled backyard that keeps things private and mountain views from upstairs. Every bedroom has a king bed, there's a pool table for game nights, and the patio and fire pit are set up for long evenings outside. Empire Polo Grounds is about 15 minutes away, and PGA West, La Quinta and Indian Wells are around 20 to 25. Made for groups who want a private pool and easy desert access.



The Space:

The open layout links the living room, dining area and kitchen, so the group stays together. The kitchen is fully equipped for home cooking, there's a pool table for game nights, and the home has central AC and heating plus a washer and dryer.



Outside, the private pool and hot tub sit in a walled backyard with loungers, a fire pit lounge, a BBQ station and patio seating for dining or soaking up the sun.

Guest Access:

You're inside gated Terra Lago, a peaceful desert setting that's still an easy drive to the valley's golf, dining and festival venues.



Empire Polo Grounds: about 15 minutes, so it's a handy base for festival season

Indian Wells Tennis Garden: about 20 minutes

La Quinta Resort and SilverRock: 20 to 25 minutes

PGA West: about 25 minutes

Desert Willow Golf Resort: about 25 minutes



Downtown Palm Springs is about 40 minutes away.



Getting Around:

Free parking is on site, with room for up to four vehicles in the driveway and garage. Street parking in Terra Lago needs a security safelist, so please read the parking details below. Palm Springs International Airport is about a 35-minute drive, and rideshare is an easy way to get around Indio and nearby towns.

Please note that we require all guests to sign a liability waiver to stay in the home. This is a requirement of our insurance provider.



★ Does the property have a private pool or spa? ★

Yes - the home has a private pool and a private hot tub, both for the exclusive use of guests. The pool can be heated up to a maximum of 82°F, which is a comfortable swimming temperature rather than spa-hot.



★ What are the additional fees? ★

Pool heating is $60 per day, capped at $1,000 per month, and needs at least 24 hours' notice so we can check the system before you arrive. Hot tub heating is complimentary. Pets are $150 per animal.



★ What is the parking situation? ★

There is parking for up to four vehicles in the driveway and garage. Street parking is only allowed when the driveway is full, and every vehicle parked on the street must be added to the Terra Lago security safelist. The safelist can only be done one night at a time (it cannot be registered for the full stay), so for multi-night stays our team needs to re-add the vehicle every day. The community limits safelist registrations to 10 per month, so if you expect to need street parking, please contact us before arrival with the vehicle's make, model, color and license plate. Vehicles parked on the street without being safelisted can be fined (up to $750) and/or towed, which guests are liable for.



★ Is the property pet-friendly? ★

Yes - pets are welcome for a $150 fee per animal. We kindly ask that they are kept off the beds and sofas. If pet hair is found on a bed, a $150 additional cleaning fee applies per bed.



★ Are there any noise restrictions or quiet hours? ★

Yes - community quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am.



★ Is early check-in or late check-out available? ★

We are no longer able to offer early check-in or late check-out. If you would like extra time at the start or end of your stay, please book the night before or the night after - that way the home is yours for the whole day and there is no rush at either end.



★ Are there any restrictions on the number of guests or visitors? ★

Yes - we cannot have more people staying than the number posted on the listing. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. We require contact details for all adults staying at the property.



★ Is this a good property for events or celebrations? ★

No. This is a residential community and parties and events are strictly prohibited. Guests looking for a peaceful, relaxing stay will love the home and the neighbourhood.



★ What supplies are provided? ★

We provide roughly a week's worth of essentials to get you started - toiletries, paper goods and basic cleaning supplies. For longer stays, or if you get through them sooner, you're welcome to top up with whatever you prefer.



Minimum Age Requirement: The primary guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older



The pool is professionally cleaned twice a week. Due to occasional desert sandstorms, you may notice some sand or debris between scheduled cleanings. A small pool vacuum is provided for guest use if you'd like to freshen up the pool between professional service visits.

NON-SMOKING POLICY: This is a strictly non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the property or on the premises, including the garden and outdoor areas. If you wish to smoke, please do so on the street, away from the house.
