Our modern 5BD/5BA retreat in Surrey Park offers premium amenities and meticulously designed spaces. Inside, the ultra-modern social living spaces are designed with clean lines and upscale touches. Marble floors and granite countertops create a refined atmosphere, while the gourmet kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances and an induction cooktop, makes hosting effortless. You’ll be mesmerized by the floor to ceiling windows and fireplace in the living room.

Each of the 5 bedrooms is masterfully styled with curated furnishings and premium linens. The primary suite includes a private office, a walkout balcony, and a spa-like bathroom with a floor-to-ceiling standup shower. The additional bedrooms and bathrooms are styled in a striking layout, creating a uniquely cohesive, well-appointed retreat for every guest. Bedroom configuration as follows:

Lounge by the water, watch a game from the outdoor TV, or grill in the covered outdoor kitchen and bar area. In addition to everything the home has to offer on property, our prime location offers easy access to some of the best shopping, dining, and entertainment in Indianapolis. The Fashion Mall at Keystone, just 3 miles away, is home to luxury retailers and top-rated restaurants. Broad Ripple Village, a vibrant district known for its nightlife, breweries, and local boutiques, is only 5 miles away. Outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate the scenic trails at Holliday Park, 10 minutes from the home. The property is also well-suited for bridal parties and wedding guests, with the Ritz Charles venue just a short drive away. Children must be included in the reservation as 'children' under guests.

The pool is open seasonally from April 1 through October 31 each year. It is maintained at a default temperature of 75 degrees. Guests who wish to have the pool heated beyond this temperature may do so for an additional fee of $25 per degree per day over 75, which will be charged separately after booking.

The nightly rate covers the first 5 people. Each additional person is just $30 per person/per day. This applies to anyone age 3 and over (kids 2 and under are free). The fee is applied to anyone that comes to the property (not just those staying the night). The extra person fee covers additional wear and tear to the property and amenities, additional professional cleaning/disinfecting, increased use of the internal plumbing, electricity, and other utilities, etc.

A total of 6 cars are allowed with this reservation. The 2-car garage, gravel area left of the driveway, and gravel lot to the right of the white house next door are available for parking. Please DO NOT park on the driveway as this makes it difficult for our neighbor to get their cars in their garage.
We have exterior cameras (there are NO cameras inside the home).

Pets are NOT allowed at the house and NOT allowed in the pool.

The base rate covers the first 5 people. Each additional person is just $30 per person/per day. This is applied to anyone age 3 and over (kids 2 and under are free). The fee is applied to anyone that comes to the property (not just those staying the night). The extra person fee covers additional wear and tear to the property and amenities, additional professional cleaning/disinfecting, increased use of the internal plumbing, electricity, and other utilities, etc.

No smoking inside the house or garage. Guests who smoke will be charged a $1,000 fee for smoke odor removal.

Shoes must be removed before entering carpeted areas of the house.

No parties or additional guests who are not included in the reservation. All guests must be included in your guest count in your reservation. No dogs, cats or any other pets allowed.

Other general rules:

1. Respect our neighbor’s property and do not trespass into their yards or driveways.
2. Keep the noise outside to a reasonable level at all times.
3. Quiet hours outside begin at 9:30 pm.
4. No outside amplified music, bands, DJ's or anything similar is allowed.
5. Cars must be parked in the 2-car garage, on the gravel to the left of the driveway or in the gravel lot to the right of the white house next door. A total of 6 cars are allowed with this reservation. Please DO NOT park on the concrete driveway since that makes it difficult for the neighbor to get their cars in their garage.
6. Fireworks are prohibited on the property.
7. Neighbors are aware that guests often stay at this home. Please treat them with respect and courtesy as you would the people in your neighborhood.
8. Please lock all doors and windows
9. We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay.
10. No off-road vehicles are allowed on the premises.
11. Refund Policy: 100% refund up to 30 days before arrival, 50% refund up to 14 days before arrival.
12. Please do not attach anything to the walls or ceilings with tape, tacks or anything else as this can cause damage which you will be charged for.
13. Please do not flush wipes or feminine products. Doing so can cause serious plumbing issues and will result in a $2,000 fine.
14. Please place any moved furniture back in its original position. A $100 fee will apply if all items are not properly reset before checkout.
15. An additional fee of $200 will be charged for guests who arrive early (before the designated check in time) and also for those who check out late (after the designated check out time).
16. Cancelled reservations will be charged 3% to cover credit card processing fees.
