Welcome to our modern downtown apartments in the heart of Indianapolis! These five separate stylish 1-bedroom units in the same building are perfect for exploring the city's nightlife and attractions. Each offers a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living area, and Wi-Fi. Note: The heating system is louder than average when running. If sensitive to sound, consider earplugs.

● We offer parking passes for the on-site lot behind the building. Please contact us in advance to reserve a spot as spaces are limited. The rates for parking are $30 per night, $150 per week, and $300 per month.
Guest Access:
To complete your booking process and get your Guest Access information you will be connected with the Enso Connect Guest Experience app. Once you have completed your verification process you will receive your Enso “Boarding Pass” with your Guest Access information.
The Enso Connect guest verification process will require:
● Signing of rental agreement
● ID and selfie uploads

The Argyle on Mass Ave, located on Massachusetts Avenue in Indianapolis, is a vibrant neighborhood known for its arts, culture, dining, and entertainment. With historic buildings, eclectic boutiques, art galleries, and diverse dining options, it offers a lively and engaging atmosphere. Whether you're exploring art exhibits, enjoying a meal at a trendy restaurant, or experiencing the vibrant nightlife, there's always something exciting happening on Mass Ave.
Getting Around:
Indy offers various convenient transportation options:
Car: Easily accessible via major highways like I-465, I-70, and I-65S, with rental services available.
Public Transit: Red Line and Indy Go Bus Systems covering key destinations at affordable fares.
Biking: Rent bikes through the Indiana Pacers Bikeshare Program.
Taxis and Ride-Sharing: Utilize Uber, Lyft, or traditional taxis for travel in Indy and nearby areas.
Walking: Explore pedestrian-friendly Indy, with many attractions, shops, and restaurants within walking distance.
Other Things to Note:
• You will receive your Enso "Boarding Pass" with guest access details after completing verification, which includes:
-Signing the rental agreement
-ID and selfie uploads
• A non-refundable damage waiver is included in your total cost, covering more than minor wear and tear. Stays over 30 nights require a refundable security deposit if no damages occur (except Airbnb bookings).
• Discounts applied automatically:
-10% off for stays 7+ nights
-20% off for stays 30+ nights
• Extensions: Contact us for special offers.
• Starter Kit: Includes coffee, dishwasher pods, trash bags, paper towels, and toilet paper. Guests are responsible for additional supplies.
• **Local Guests: Prior authorization is required before booking**.
• Cancellations: Check your booking platform’s policy. Even for full refunds, a 4% credit card fee applies (except Airbnb & VRBO).
• Pets:
-$20/night, $100/week, $250/month (potty-trained dogs only).
-Preferably under 50 lbs—contact us for exceptions.
-Clean up after your pet & leash in common areas.
***Maintenance and inspections may be required during your stay. Please note that we cannot guarantee a specific timeframe or reschedule these visits. Any necessary work will be completed as quickly as possible to ensure the property remains in proper condition.

While we respect our guests' privacy, we are always available to assist when needed. Mitten provides a dedicated guest communications team that operates 24/7, ready to handle mid-stay turnovers upon request and promptly address any unexpected maintenance issues.
