"We were told over the phone that we could get an early check in and we drove 6 hrs only to be told upon arrival that they were not allowing early check in that day because of having been booked up the night before and needed more time to clean rooms. We shopped around to take up time and were eventually able to get into our room 1/2 hr early. Felt weird that the check in guy followed us into the hallway and watched us get into our room. "We loved our stay here. We came from the UK and were very happy with everything. The Hotel is warm and welcoming with friendly staff. There is a pool, gym and jacuzzi available for use 24/7. The bed was so comfy and the room service staff kept things nice and tidy. There was always someone working towards upkeep, maintenance and cleaning during the day. Gardening staff busy making sure the outside looked perfect. We will definitely return."

"Property was as described, comes with all listed amenities, bed upstairs was the only room I used for my solo trip (way too big for a single person but would be amazing for a large group)! Parking was ok, just read the ok placed to park and send them your vehicle info asap. Check in was smooth, check out smoother. Only slight critique is even with the ac going at 66 degrees the upstairs felt hot still and warm, they do have a fan as an additional circulator but still was warm. Some of the towels...

"Very basic motel. Could use a renovation and could be cleaned better. Fake nails on the floor in bathroom. There were no towels when we got there but the rest of the time they did a good job of replacing and making the bed."
