"Excellent service. My husband blew a tire pulling in to pick me up. We were staying to watch our daughter’s first Regatta for Ohio State and didn’t want to risk missing the race. The staff allowed us to keep our vehicle in the drop off lane while we went and watched her and fixed the tire when we returned a few hours later. We were very appreciative of this so we could see our daughter row and compete as a Buckeye. Thank you for going above and beyond. "

"Checking in, the staff was very friendly and professional. Got to the room (king suite) and was delighted when we entered. The kitchen was equipped with a full sized refrigerator, a two burner stove, microwave and dishwasher. Dishes and utensils were also included. The living area was also nice with a comfortable couch that was also a pull out double bed. Through the door was the main bedroom with I think was a 50 inch tv. "Breakfast menu was a bit haphazard with things like white rice in a rice cooker, pieces of cheese, I assume maybe to put on scrambled eggs? Would have been great to add in a protein meat as well. Otherwise lots of bread. Everything else was great, clean rooms "

"Bray was amazing to begin the stay! If customer service needed a face, it would be Bray! Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The pool was very busy but still upkept. Breakfast was excellent with tons of options! "

"Convenient to the OSU Wexner facility. Offered a great rate for a couple night stay. Didnt utilize any amenities other than the Snacks in the lobby which were insanely high. $8.00 for an ice cream bar. We didn’t eat the breakfast offered at 7.95 a person but it looked good. Only complaint with our room was peeling wallpaper in the bathroom. It was very clean & was what we expected for the price. "

"Parking was easy except it is dog friendly and i am all for dogs but a rather large dog pooped in the grass by my door and I walked right thru it. Gross not the hotels fault. They did give me cleaning supplies to clean my floor being i tracked it into my room. It was never picked up. It was very close to zoo and downtown dublin and we still had a lovely time. Our soap was barely filled and the ice was kinda far to retreive but for the price i could walk it! The staff was super nice and friendly!"

"The door keys did not work. The main door had obviously been broken into with a crowbar. The heavy duty metal door frame was heavily bent inward and the door latch parts were exposed to the outside. The deadbolt was broken, would not lock. The refrigerator was dead. It had power but was not cold. There was something that looked like remnants of vomit spray on the bedroom door and it was chunky. "While trying to check in the man at the front desk seemed confused that we had booked online and had to make 2 phone calls. After receiving pur room key, we get.to our room and they didnt work, which i think the man at the feont desk knew because he was there 2 seconds later to use his key to let us in. We walked into th room and their was a huge stain on the bes spread, i turned to my husband and said lets just go home. We walked back into the hallway where the front desk guy still was talking...

"It was a nice room, however, the room temperature was difficult to control. Maybe a thermostat issue. It was hot then cold so while trying to sleep it was covers on covers off all night. "

"My teenager and I liked this hotel and would absolutely stay here again. The location is nice. It is has everything you need nearby. It was about 20 mins to OSU which is why we were in the area. The property is clean, and the staff is friendly. They offer a hot / cold breakfast with a variety of options. "
