"Very beautiful and comfortable cottage, decorated with great taste. Gifts on arrival, very warm welcome from the owners who were so friendly. Also beautiful dogs and cat. Wi-fi was very haphazard, but not the fault of the owners. Easy access by car to eating places and shops. Beautiful countryside. "

"We loved it! Everything about it, the area, how it was kept up, and of course, Henrietta was wonderful. The location was absolutely beautiful. We already are trying to schedule another stay for next summer. "

"Both check in and check out process was seamless. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed! Information about the property was clear and extensive. The owners were also incredibly kind and helpful when we faced issues with the internet connection. We hope to return if we are ever back in the area. "

"Good for family (2 adults, 4 kids). Good location, 30 minute walk or 10-15 minute bus ride to the city centre. Clean apartment, some initial struggle with the front door key ‘technique’ but the video was helpful, could’ve done with a few more kitchen utensils / oven trays for self catering. Overall good, would stay again. "

"Very quaint old stone cottage in a lovely quiet seting. Away from the hustle and bustle but just a 20min train ride to Endiburgh central which we used. Car probably needed for random day trips as we did.All in all a nice spot with vey quick response from our hosts to any queries.Richard"

"The cottage was clean, well appointed and made for a pleasant stay. It is in the heart of the village with food and coffee shops very close by, and just a short walk to the local pub. The beach is 10 minutes walk away, and Gullane is a lovely spot to explore from. "

"The attic room was clean and very nicely decorated. The full bathroom was next door. There was a fridge, microwave and teakettle as well as mugs and dishes. "

"Ein liebevoll eingerichtetes kleines Cottage mit überaus netten Gastgebern. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, auch wenn das Cottage eher für 2 Personen geeignet ist. Trotzdem aufgrund seiner Lage perfekt für eine Erkundung (Süd)Schottlands geeignet. Und auch ein Ausflug zum Glennfinnan-Viadukt war machbar..."

"It was amazing, only that we had to move on we would have stay there longer. Only 10mins to the shops and to the motorway. Peace and quiet. Would recommend it to everyone."

"Wonderful apartment; superb location & great hosts. Our family had a hugely enjoyable stay in Edinburgh in this well-appointed, characterful property at Bellevue Terrace. Ideally located (Stockbridge, Newtown and Royal Mile all close by) & the perfect spring board to find whatever takes your fancy in Edinburgh. "

"The house was in a great location, just 10 min walk from St Andrews Sq tram stop., With 7 people, we had plenty of space to spread out. Beds were comfortable . Just a few min walk to several coffee shops. We would stay here again if we’re ever back in Edinburgh."

"After a long drive to get there it was lovely to dump the cases and get into the hot tub. The accommodation was better than expected and we both enjoyed our stay there. We were told that the drive was a wee bit tight but other than that, no issues"

"Ideal location with charming village area nearby. Easy walk to local pub and to the water. Flat was spacious and well equipped; but could have used a bit more maintenance and some air freshener (near the sea, so a bit of a damp, musty smell). It was a bit farther from central Edinburg (~40 min) than I had expected; but the quaint village feel of the area was well worth the few extra minutes drive. All in all a nice place to support local sight seeing and day trips."

"Simplesmente perfeito! Tive uma experiência maravilhosa durante minha estadia em Edimburgo. O quarto era extremamente limpo, organizado e com um nível de conforto que superou minhas expectativas — colchão ótimo, roupas de cama impecáveis e tudo muito bem cuidado. Outro ponto alto foi o acesso ao transporte público: o hotel está localizado perto de estações e pontos de ônibus, o que facilitou demais os deslocamentos pela cidade. Pude visitar várias atrações turísticas com muita praticidade. No geral, foi uma estadia excelente. Recomendo fortemente e com certeza me hospedaria aqui novamente!"
