"The place is exactly as described.The furniture and beds were comfortable. We appreciated the coffee each morning. Joe checked on us to see if there was anything we needed. The location is great for walking to the many restaurants and bars in the area. Most attractions are less than 15 minutes away driving. We would stay here again if we return to St Louis in the future. "

"Perfect place a for a quick visit! We were in STL for a concert at the Enterprise Center and would only be in town for the evening. The loft was immaculate. The bed was very comfortable, the room quiet and dark. As someone that uses multiple fans while sleeping, the ceiling fan was the real winner. Host communication was excellent!"

However, the following essentials were missing: Blankets for the 2 roll away bedsBath towels for 8 guestsKitchen sponges/towelsLaundry detergent I contacted the host right away, which turned out to be a management company out of Vegas. They said they would fix these issues but never supplied the missing essentials. As far as cleanliness, two of the beds had a dirty top sheet and the couch...

"We stayed at Ballpark Heights for the location. Walkable to The Arch and Ballpark. Parking garage on the adjacent block. The studio was comfortable for two but no more. Very clean and supplied with everything we needed for a two night stay. I would definitely stay here again!"
